Studyline can store documents against a project, organisation or department. Documents are added by dragging and dropping into a folder tree or by using the Upload button. Once uploaded, documents can be previewed, printed or downloaded by users who have permission to see the respective folders. Users who have signatory authority for their organisations can add an electronic signature and generate a PDF of the signed document.
The sponsor or lead site can add documents to shared project folders so that they are visible to all users of the project; and each organisation or department can create folders that are only visible to their staff members. In this way documents can be shared just within a department, across one organisation or across the entire project.
